Are you a skilled line cook ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We are seeking talented and experienced line cooks to join our vibrant kitchen team. Your main responsibility in this role will be to meticulously prepare meals that adhere to our established recipes while ensuring high standards of taste and presentation. Collaboration with the head chef and kitchen staff will be essential as you strive to deliver customer satisfaction through quality dining experiences.

Your daily tasks will include organizing preparation stations, managing inventory supplies, and upholding health and sanitation standards. Core Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize the cooking stations and ensure all necessary supplies are in place.
• Assist in preparing components of dishes, including slicing vegetables and cooking proteins.
• Work under the guidance of the executive chef, following all instructions diligently.
• Adhere to local and state health regulations regarding food preparation and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness in prep areas and manage leftover food properly.
• Restock inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members to cook and present menu items.

Line Cook Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary arts certification or similar qualification is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience is required.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods and restaurant practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay organized.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-energy environment.
• Willingness to work harmoniously in a team-focused setting.
